Judy's Comments: Fall is my favorite time of the year to bake. Temperature and humidity affect cookies a great deal, so during the summer months, we always make adjustments to our recipes to maintain the wonderful flavors and textures of our baked from scratch cookies and deep dish brownies. During the fall and winter months, the weather is less of a factor for us. Also, it's just more comfortable to bake and lot less noisy with fewer fans and the hum of air conditioners!

When sending a cookie gift to someone, you want the Wow factor to begin the minute the package is opened. We spend a lot of time packaging our cookie and brownie gifts, from choosing the right gift box to the tissue paper, the fill and the perfect ribbon for the right presentation!
